You agree that Premier Postage may at any time without notice: Refuse to accept your orders for Products; Move or suspend any part of the Premier Postage Products; or Refuse to fulfill any order, or any part of any order or terminate your account and delete any content stored in your account if, in Premier Postage's sole discretion, you fail to comply with any of these Terms or if a competent regulatory authority requires Premier Postage to do so. Premier Postage will not be liable to you or any third party for any suspension or termination of your access to the Website or failure to produce any Products, except that Premier Postage will refund to you any amounts paid by you for Products not produced.

- Amendment of the Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time at Premier Postage's sole and absolute discretion. If you continue to use the Website and the services offered therein after any such changes, you will be deemed to have accepted those changes.
- Special Terms and Conditions for Products Offered in a Series.
(a) Series Products. Certain products offered by Premier Postage consist of series. The following terms and conditions shall apply in the event that you order any product that is part of a series offered by Premier Postage on the Site (a "Series"): The Series will automatically continue to be sent to you until Premier Postage receives notification of termination from you. You authorize Premier Postage to charge to the credit card account designated during the registration process the current fees and charges for each shipment according to the terms of the Series chosen by you. Your credit card will be charged upon shipment.
Premier Postage shall have the right at any time to impose, change, or modify its fees and billing methods, or other terms and conditions applicable to your participation in the Series or to impose new terms and conditions. Such changes, modifications, additions, or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by means including, but not limited to, posting on the Site or notification by electronic or conventional mail. If any such change is unacceptable to you, your sole remedy shall be to terminate your subscription to the Series. Any acceptance of a product in a Series by you after such notice shall conclusively be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such changes, modifications, additions, or deletions. You agree to review the terms and conditions periodically to be aware of such revisions. You may also be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by third party content providers in connection with third party content, software, or services. - Additional Terms and Conditions for Certain Products.
With respect to products and services offered for sale by Premier Postage and third parties through the Site (including Series products), additional terms and conditions, including but not limited to pricing, methods of payment, shipping and handling, credit card information, sales tax, return and refund policies, and applicable privacy policies, may be set forth on the screen where you make the purchase. All orders are subject to availability of products and acceptance of orders by Premier Postage. Premier Postage reserves the right to reject any order and to limit quantities. Premier Postage does not warrant that product descriptions, prices, or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error free. Premier Postage has no obligation to honor incorrect pricing or other information, whether resulting from typographical errors or otherwise. If a product offered on the Site is not as described, the sole remedy is to return it for a refund.
- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms of Use or to any Site shall be brought in state or federal courts in King County, Washington, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
All Products purchased through Premier Postage are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to our carrier.
If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision most closely matching the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Terms will continue in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to this Premier Postage, and supersede all other communications, written or oral, with regard to the service.
