What is licensed U.S. Postage?

Through license agreements, Premier Postage has obtained the rights to use the names and images of people featured on its U.S. Postage products. Premier Postage has partnered with Pitney Bowes, an authorized printer of U.S. Postage, to bring these exciting postage products to you.

Is this real U.S. Postage?

Absolutely! Postage featured on this site is genuine U.S. Postage. That means you're free to collect it or use it as first-class postage on your domestic mail.

How large is the postage on the customized sheet?

Our designs feature the largest possible image display area while also making the overall stamp dimensions reasonable for most applications. Each individual postage label on our collectible customized sheets measures 2.3 inches in width and 1.5 inches in height, and the image area is 1.5 inches in width and 1.1 inches in height.

How does Premier Postage protect my privacy?

Can my selections be shipped to foreign countries?

Shipping is generally limited to U.S. addresses. However, certain exceptions can be made depending on your country of residence. Email us at customerservice@premierpostage.com to find out if we can accommodate your international order.

I received a shipment that didn't contain all the items I ordered. What should I do?

Single postage sheets and framed pieces are often shipped separately. If you have concerns about an incomplete order, email us at customerservice@premierpostage.com or call us at (425) 483-3800 between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., PST, Monday through Friday.

Why are taxes charged on my order?

We are required by law to collect sales tax in states where we are a registered business. At this time, we are registered in Washington State.

PremierPostage.com accepts VISA, MasterCard, and PayPal.

Please join us in protecting the security of your credit card information: Do not use the Customer Service Form or e-mail to send any credit card information to us.

What is Premier Postage's return policy?

At Premier Postage, we want you to be completely satisfied with every product you buy from us. We encourage you to examine each product, fully confident that your satisfaction is guaranteed. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with a Premier postage product, simply return it within 10 days, and we will gladly refund/credit the amount paid, less shipping & handling and a 15% restocking fee.

YOU MUST CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT (425) 483-3800 BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCT. ITEMS RECEIVED WITHOUT AN RMA FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL BE REFUSED.

Once the merchandise has been received, a refund or credit for the amount paid, less a 15% restocking fee and shipping and handling charges, will be issued.

When will I receive credit or a refund for a product I return?

Once a product is received at our warehouse, we will issue credit for amount paid charged to your credit card, less a 15% restocking fee and shipping and handling charges. Your bank will normally post the credit within two weeks of the date. If you paid by check or money order, a refund should arrive within three weeks.

How do I use a promotional coupon code?

Most promotional e-mails have a coupon code for you to use. Entering this code is necessary in redeeming the coupon. Once you have selected products from our site and are in your shopping cart, enter the code in the Coupon Code box and click Apply. The promotional offer/discount will be reflected in checkout.

Can I use a coupon code during a limited-time promotional offer?

Yes, you can use a coupon during a special promotion. However, only one discount can be applied to a transaction at one time. If you use a coupon, it will override all other offers.
